I could not recommend Dr Franck and her staff enough.! They are all kind and take their time with our very anxious pup. They don’t dismiss my concerns and continue to make sure we get to the root of our pups issues. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Hannah and Dr. Franck were incredible with my normally very nervous dog on our first visit there! He was so happy and calm thanks to the kindness and patience they showed him. The facility is so beautiful and clean! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Hannah and Dr. Franck!!

Our kitty Dexter has gone through several health challenges over the past couple of years, and Dr. Franck, Cari, and the entire team have been absolutely incredible through it all. They have always treated Dexter with such kindness, patience, and gentle care, even when he hasn’t been the easiest patient. That level of compassion truly means the world to us. What stands out the most is how much they genuinely care. They take the time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and explain everything so we feel confident about Dexter’s care. You can tell they truly want the best possible outcome for him, and that gives us so much peace of mind. Dexter is family to us, and trusting someone with your pet’s health is a big deal. We are incredibly grateful for Dr. Franck, Cari, and the entire team for always going above and beyond. We honestly wouldn’t take Dexter anywhere else.

Had an emergency with my dog, and my regular vet was out. We were able to get an appointment 2 hours after I called Prairie Lakes. The care we received was amazing, plus we received follow up texts asking about my dog's condition. Cari and Dr. Franck are wonderful!
